Export Control Compliance Management Commitment Statement
深圳中电港技术股份有限公司及其控制的子公司（下称“中电港”或“公司”）全面遵守所有可适用的出口管制和经济制裁法律法规。中电港坚信，遵守所有可适用的出口管制和经济制裁法律法规，能够使公司有效防范贸易合规风险，为中电港的持续发展提供有效保障。
Shenzhen CECport Technologies Corporation and its majority owned or controlled subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "CECport" or the "Company") are fully committed to compliance with all applicable export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations.CECport firmly believes that compliance with all applicable export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations enables the Company to effectively prevent trade compliance risks and provides robust safeguards for its sustainable development.
公司管理层高度重视并将积极参与进出口管制合规管理工作。公司业务风控委员会领导和监督公司的贸易合规工作，并对相关重大事项审批决策。公司将保持一个包括政策制度、标准操作流程等要素的贸易合规管控体系，并将持续投入资源完善这一体系。
The Management attaches high importance to and will actively participate in the management of export control compliance. The Company's Business Risk Control Committee (BRCC) oversees and supervises the trade compliance program, with authority for the review and approval of relevant significant matters. The Company maintains a trade compliance program which includes policies and standard operating procedures. The Company will continually invest resources to enhance the program.
所有董事、管理人员及员工都必须遵守所有可适用的出口管制和经济制裁法律法规以及中电港为确保合规而颁布的所有政策和流程。在任何情况下，任何个人或实体均不得代表中电港在违反法律法规的情况下开展出口、再出口或转移（国内）等活动。因此，所有董事、管理人员及员工应当充分了解出口管制和经济制裁法律法规如何适用于其工作，并充分地、诚信地参与所有可适用的合规培训；向适当的合规人员报告任何实际或潜在的合规问题或违规行为；确保业务文档、记录、数据和信息准确完整，并对上述信息做好记录保存及归档。
All directors, officers and employees must comply with all applicable export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations as well as all policies and procedures promulgated by CECport to ensure compliance. Under no circumstances will exports, re-exports or transfers (in-country) be made contrary to laws and regulations by any individual or entity on behalf of CECport. Accordingly, all directors, officers and employees shall fully understand how export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations apply to the work that they do, participate fully and in good faith in all applicable compliance training, report any actual or potential compliance issues or violations to the appropriate compliance personnel, ensure that business documents, records, data and information are accurate and complete and that required records are maintained and filed in the proper locations.
违反出口管制和经济制裁法律法规将为中电港及相关责任人招致严重后果，同时使中电港及相关责任个人的声誉遭受损害。任何人如若被发现违反法律法规，除需要承担法律责任外，还将受到公司严重的纪律处分，最高处分可至（包括）被解雇。
Violations of the export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations may result in serious consequences for CECport and responsible individuals as well as damages to CECport's and the individual's reputation. Anyone found to be in violation of the laws and regulations will be subject to significant disciplinary actions by the Company, up to and including termination, in addition to legal responsibilities.
任何中电港人员如对贸易合规相关事项有任何疑问、意见或建议，或知悉任何潜在违规行为，应尽快联系公司业务风控委员会和/或合规中心。
